1 - Overview/ Introduction

JOOB Service, which can be accessed via www.joob.asia and mobile application (“Service”) is provided by PT. JOOB GLOBAL INDONESIA (“we” or the “Company”), which is a data controller of your personal data. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) establishes the mandatory requirements of Service with respect to protection of personal data.

We have adopted this Policy, which determines how we process the information collected by Service, and which also provides the reasons why we must collect certain personal data about you. The following statement explains Service’s commitment to managing your personal information and sets out how and when personal information is collected, used, shared and secured as well as your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. This Policy only applies to data gathered on Service and does not apply to any other information or website.

Service reserves the right to change, add or delete the Policy at any time, after giving prior notification to its user through the registered email in the Service website or application, and also through an announcement in the mobile application. You are advised to review the Policy periodically. If in the future you object to changes to the Policy, you should stop using it and/or you may delete your data/account from the Service. Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of all changes implemented to this Policy. Please note that discontinuing use of the Service will not delete your data and information, your data and information will only be deleted if you delete your account from the Service.

Additionally, as you browse Service, we collect information about the individual pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to Service, and how you interact with Service. In the event that the user objects to the Device Information which results in legal consequences for the user, the objection can be submitted by sending a letter to our office address listed in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy. Moreover, we might collect the personal data you provide to us during registration to be able to fulfill the agreement.
